We design projects with our clients, doing it in a way that expands their capacity (individuals and organizations), to create the future in new and unexpected ways. Through a detailed process of discovery to understand their vision, imagination and their current situation, we create a roadmap that will take us to a future of shared success.

In our efforts to target a new demographic of millennial mid-level managers, we have experienced challenges maintaining a consistent voice on our social channel of choice - LinkedIn. We want you to assist us in updating our branding in a way that clearly differentiates us from our competitors and serves our target market.

For this project, you will need to:

  • Understand our brand and mission.
  • Analyzing survey data.
  • Create information pieces (marketing material) based on generated data.
  • Conduct research on our users, stakeholders, and competitors.
  • Analyze our competitive landscape.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in our target market.

We want to increase our brand awareness in the millennial mid-level manager segment through a mission-aligned marketing campaign that works within our budget and time constraints.
