The project involves making calls to potential clients, discussing investment opportunities, and documenting the outcomes of these interactions. This documentation will include detailed notes on the conversations, outlining any follow-up steps needed. By the end of the project, students will have improved their ability to manage client relationships and maintain accurate records, which are essential skills in the real estate industry.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive report detailing the outcomes of client interactions and the steps taken for follow-up. Students will also update the existing records with detailed notes from each client call. These deliverables will demonstrate the students' ability to apply their skills in a real-world context, ensuring accurate and effective client communication and record management.
