Details

MDR Group Inc seeks to enhance its quarterly reporting by migrating data from three previous projects into a new standardized Excel template. The current reporting system lacks consistency and clarity, making it challenging to analyze and compare project outcomes effectively. By standardizing the data format, MDR Group Inc aims to streamline the reporting process, ensuring that all project data is presented uniformly. This project will involve analyzing the existing data structures, understanding the new template requirements, and accurately transferring the data. The goal is to improve the efficiency of quarterly reports, allowing for better decision-making and strategic planning. The project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their data management and Excel skills in a real-world context, reinforcing classroom knowledge.

Deliverables

The primary deliverable for this project three fully populated and standardized Excel templates containing the migrated data from the three previous projects.

Additional deliverables include a 3-page report detailing the migration process and solutions implemented.

This project will require attention to detail and proficiency in Excel to ensure accurate data migration and template adherence.
