Learners
Learners will engage in applied research and practical projects addressing key aspects of strategic HR management, including employee well-being, compensation, performance, and labor relations. Through collaboration with the employer, they will enhance their critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills while working on real-world challenges.
Deliverables:
By the end of the project, learners will submit detailed deliverables tailored to their focus area. Examples include:
- A comprehensive employee engagement strategy report
- A design framework for performance optimization
- A proposal for a compensation and benefits package
- An analysis report on workplace health and safety compliance
- A strategic plan aimed at improving labor relations
