Expected outcomes and deliverables

Outcomes:

1. Apply their knowledge and skills to contribute to a real world project/activity

2. Develop practical skills and appreciate how to apply these in the work environment

3. Apply critical decision making, ethical behaviour and the importance of responsibility and respect in the workplace

4. Explore different applications of knowledge and skills and/or jobs health related fields.

 

Additional learning outcomes that are specific to the practicum placement will be developed at the beginning of the term in consultation with the employer, student, and course director.  


Deliverables:

Weeks 2/3 – Sign off on student learning outcomes

Weeks5/6 - Fill out a short checklist and briefly comment on the student midpoint progress

Week 12 to end – Fill out a short checklist and briefly comment on the student final performance
